Terms of Service

These terms are written to be complete and honest about how the product works today. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and should be treated as a draft pending professional legal review before commercial launch.
Using TAKDOR
TAKDOR lets you upload video or audio, automatically generates a transcript and highlight suggestions, and renders vertical clips from the moments you select. You're responsible for having the rights to any content you upload and for how you use the clips TAKDOR produces.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and include a set amount of processing minutes per billing period, described on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't upload content you don't have the rights to, content that violates another person's privacy, or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Availability
TAKDOR is under active development. Features, processing limits, and pricing may change; we'll do our best to communicate material changes in advance.
