Privacy Policy
Last updated September 20, 2026
This page describes, in plain terms, what data TAKDOR processes and which third-party services we use to operate the product. It is written to be technically accurate as of today; it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and should not be treated as a substitute for professional legal advice before commercial launch.
What we process
- Account data: your email address and authentication credentials.
- Video and audio you upload, and the transcripts, highlight clips, and rendered outputs generated from it.
- Billing data: subscription status and usage minutes — TAKDOR never stores your card number; that is handled entirely by Stripe.
Who processes it
TAKDOR is built on a small number of specialized infrastructure providers, each processing only the data required for their specific role:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and private file storage for your uploads and outputs.
- Railway — runs the background worker that transcribes, analyzes, and renders your video.
- OpenAI — transcribes uploaded audio and helps identify highlight moments.
- Stripe — processes subscription payments; TAKDOR never sees or stores your full card details.
- Vercel — hosts the TAKDOR web application.
Retention
Source video, generated clips, and derived data are retained only as long as your account is active or as described in your project settings. You can delete a project, a specific clip, or your account at any time; deletion removes the underlying files from storage, not just the database record.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. If you have questions about this policy, contact privacy@takdor.com.
